After purging your home of unnatural and fat-laden junk food, you then have to fill the new space up with organic food. You can now go to the shop and buy vegetables, fruits and nuts which would be your main ingredients for a variety of healthy snacks and appetizers. Dried fruits are also great as they can be instant munchies when you have hunger pangs or if just looking for something to chew on for a while. Just make sure they are all natural and don't have any sugar on them.
Keep your juicer and food processor always ready at your counter top. Instead of chugging down soda all the time, you will easily be ready to make fruit juices or smoothies. The food processor would also be ready to help you chop up your nice vegetables that you can use for your salads or for appetizers.
If you are not ready just yet to go fully organic and leave meat alone just yet, then do the healthier option. Do just what the Japanese do, eat raw fish. A lot of people love sushi, while there are some who can't just stand them. If you are one of those who finds raw fish stomach wrenching, then you can use lean tuna and just sear them quickly on each side.
Combine your organic food and your fish dishes and you will be able to have a delightful meal that won't leave you with an empty feeling stomach. Remember, living healthy shouldn’t also mean that you should suffer from hunger. Make the right choice and the right choice is organic food, eat as many as you can, its okay.
