Delicious Detox (Raw Organic Food)

www.facelessfatloss.com Found this great raw organic food buffet while in Sacramento California last week. Talk about the most delicious way to detox! Even the dressings for the salads were made from all-organic ingredients. Its a shame this kind of food is not more readily available in other states. Most amazingly of all, the cost for a full take-out box full of food was very fair, an experience I did not have with the equivalent store in Las Vegas (just as wonderful, just much more expensive). The rationale seems to be that most of the foods are readily grown and available in mid-California, as compared to the desert areas of Nevada that of course require a great deal of their food to be shipped in. I like to focus heavily on greens for their detoxification as well as nutritional components. And I’ll take eating a bunch of delicious food for my nutrition over taking a vitamin/mineral supplement any day, with the exception being some of the whole food supplements available. The combined pleasure of eating delicious food that does not weigh you down and contributes to great health and fat loss cannot be beat. They had a chive-type of dressing there that I could not resist. To help bring in more protein, I opted for their hard-boiled eggs, which I love a great deal. The boiling process unfortunately does impact the nutritional content of the egg, and of course renders it not-raw, but its a decent option when others are not available.     Hey faceless what do you eat?
    breakfast, lunch tea?

    i’ve been bulking from 70-90kg now
    mostly with whey protein supplements with a normal manly meat diet

    what would you suggest for cutting?
    i’d like to know what you ate

    I know instead of lifting weights everyday,

    now on i should do cardio, but I’m using my Uni gym, and the times I go the 20 tredmills are occupied by females,

    basically no guys use the cardio room, only basket ball court, weights room

    if I’m gonna start cutting i’ll have to do cardio like I did when I was training for soccer, so i’ll probably start going at 6am that way i won’t have to face 100 chicks.

    would like to know your cutting diet though, cardio amount i should do, cals i should eat
