    I actually agree with you, as I can sense what you “mean” but the problem is that ‘vegetables’ essentially are more or less synonymous w/ ‘herbs’ in terms of the literal definitions of each. That, and there are ‘fruits’ which are technically ‘herbs,’ such as the banana. So I know what you mean, but there just isn’t a clear way (that I know of) to express it in linear terms. I’m on your side here, don’t worry. ;)

    I also get my beliefs by what happens to my body…but if all along you haven’t realized that carrots & bananas, etc. are actually herbs, this means you have come up with your own personal definition of what an herb is & what a vegetable is…so if you could define it for us, then we can know what you are trying to say, that’s all. What is your definition of a vegetable? What is your definition of an herb? …and then why would one want to make their own definitions of either?

    @spbroy You can…but it isn’t as tasty as fresh coconut water…and it isn’t raw, either. But if it is all you can get then it is better to have that than to have something like milk! :D

    Hello Dan, love that you advice alternations and modifications for smoothies. I am one of those people that is trying to slowly, gradually transitioning to raw percentage wise.     There is something i dont understand. Ive talk to friends about me wanting to begin a process of eating more raw n vegan food. Its was ok untill i told them about the possible stuff coming outside of me or possible sickness…. Right there they all go “Thats shit, dont do that, it will kill you bla bla bla”…

    Ok… What i dont understand is, when i told them i have to take antidepressant because of my little girl died november 16th 2009, and all Adverse effect that comes with it these pills, they all say “well you have to go there to feel bether”.
    Heyyyy i wanna eat beter stuff to help me out… but that aint god..?!!!… but taking medecin is god?? What the %$/%/ is that! Ive saw my little girl died in my arms, that kick me in the butt to become a more healty person. Thx for the videos Dan!
