Omega 3 fatty acids are now widely recognized as a critical component of good health, and the best place to get them is from wild Alaska salmon. We join an expedition to assess the future of these valuable fish, and we visit a top chef for his advice on how to get the most out of salmon for a healthy meal.

Both Farmed and wild are just fine to eat. Save the wild eat them all.
