girl i just subbed and yes I do NV you lol you gonna have to keep me motivated from touching the creamy crack, because I have been natural for 4 years and my fro AINT this big. I have some length but not thickness and I really take care of it. so im worried.
Your hair is awsome. Do you use a conditioner to detangle following dr. bronners? If so what kind?
Thanks
At the moment I am using Suave coconut conditioner. It’s works pretty well, but I am also looking for something new.
wow you have ssooooooo much hair omg i love it!!
“SMILE” Im loving your “FRO” im working on it over here. I’m almost there with you. ALMOST! Thanks so much for sharing.
My cramps completely disappear, but I guarantee you that if you do a vigorous 20-30 min. workout your cramps will at least be much more bearable. Use dumb bells or a heavy book. I say vigorous…my cramps are hardcore so I need something hardcore.
Beautiful brown baby doll has a vid with her working out to a dvd of w/ Julian Michaels. You may still crouch in pain but fight it. Don’t lay in bed, sweating and crying all balled up in extreme pain. Do ab workouts on yt and do a little cardio. The best part is that ur a little distracted during the workout from all the pain bc ur taking out frustration of ur pain through w/o and at the end you feel absolutely NO pain for up to 7 hrs.
Your body makes its own pain killers. Use them.
girl your hair rocks…what is your hair type and how often do you wash your hair…you have just inspired me in this all natural journey. my hair is 4c and like most 4c s i have a love/hate relationship with my hair
@childmemories Thanks. I actually don’t know my exact hair type. I have a few different textures so I just stopped trying to figure it out…lol. I’m glad I can be an inspiration in your journey. I can’t to see your progress! YouTube was very helpful in my journey as well. There is a lot of information and support here
what is the process to get your hair like that?
@mischee15 Are you referring to the length or getting the afro? If length,…I really don’t do anything. I drink water, keep it moisturized with shea butter, and I use Dr. Bronner’s Castile soap to wash it. If you are referring to the fro…I usually take sections of hair, pick it out with a wide tooth comb and braid it in big plaits the night before, then I comb each section out in the morning, which gives me the big fro!
i luv ur hair i am subscribing….beautiful girl. ur my hair inspo!!!
@Ahdree23 Thank you
OMG! your fro is craaaazy! I love it!!
OMG! SISTER! YOUR hair is my EXACT DREAM HAIR! you go! such an inspiration. How long did it take you to grow your hair out to that length?
