Hi Isreal,

I was reading the actual patent for Nutrasweet or aspartame the other day and it is made from the excretions of genetically modified E. Coli bacteria. One of the worst poisons in the food supply.

I have extensive knowledge of food and nutrition and their is too much information out there on how and what to eat. Confusing it can be.

Best book and advice from one single source is the website of the Weston A. Price Foundation and a book called Nourishing Traditions by Sally Falon.
