Philippine Doctors not Allowed to Endorse Healthfood Products: Why Should We Be Worried?

The Philippine Medical Association has taken drastic moves to prevent Doctors from endorsing healthfood products. This is a good move in the interest of professionalism, however, PMA should remember to keep a level field. Pharmaceutical companies have drugs/products that can do more harm on patients than those of healthfood products. Doctors and Philippine Medical Association should be aware, that the Pharmaceutical insdustries might just be manipulating their leadership for their interests and profit.
