100% natural 13.25″ biceps…NO supplements used!!! :-)

I get all my protein, carbs, etc from just the food I eat. I don’t take any supplements of any kind. NO whey protein, no creatine…NADA!! I only eat food that come pretty much straight from nature. 100% natural!!! Unflexed is about 12-12.25″ Flexed 13.25″ A friend said to me “imagine what you would look like if you did take supplements”. Of course he knows I would never go that routine…..too much of a natural health food nut to do that…LOL! :-P I will only get as big and strong as nature wants me to….so far its deciding I should keep going…hahaha! ;-)
