Are you seeing a difference in your clothes? I’m wondering if you are seeing an increase in muscle which kind of evens out the weight loss.

  3. KritterRaw says:

Also wanted to say, GREAT video!!!

Boy, I am I with you regarding the frustration that comes from not seeing the results fast enough. I am currently on day 7 of the Master Cleanse. My first MC I lost 10 lbs but this time I have only lost 2-3 lbs and I am so irritated with that. BUT, like you I have found some loss has been in body inches so I guess thats reassuring. Thanks for the vid!

  6. RawRadiantHealth says:

    Thank You!!!!

Thanx KritterRaw! Yes I am slowly seeing a difference in my clothes but the scale is moving pretty slow. I do exercise a lot, that it could be extra muscle or I’m thinking maybe even water retention– I’m now uping the water and see if that can help!!
Thanx so much for your support!

Congratulations, day 7, or maybe now its day 8 now, awesome!!! Yes it is sooooooo frustrating but lets not be swayed, the weight will come off!!! — I just wish there was a magic button!! Thanks for checking out the video!

  9. RawRadiantHealth says:

My starting weight was 145, and my current weight is 136. Not bad– 9 pounds lost in one month!!

Hey Natasha, I have a question regarding all of the nuts that many raw food recipes call for… I realize the nuts have lots of the “good” fats and are high in protein but if I want to try to lose weight while trying to practice a mostly raw diet, would you recommend some limits on the nuts or avocados? I just have found very little on this issue online so far. Thanks for your help. : )

  11. RawRadiantHealth says:

Great question!! I will definitely cover this question in a video this week. For weight loss, I do recommend being mindful of the amount of nuts, seeds and fats you eat. You don’t have to eliminate them, but try not to eat too much!!!

    Hi Natasha!
Thank you so much for all of the inspiration!! I have PCOS, I am all over the place emotionally- I decided to go off the drugs I was on a few years ago to seek alternate healing methods. None of them have really worked, even with no grain, low carb diet. I now know I really need the raw foods diet- How long did it take you to reverse it? I really want to kick this disease’s ass, and prove everyone who told me I could not, wrong!!

  13. RawRadiantHealth says:

It took me a few years to completely reverse it– but well worth it!!! I did it in steps, like you at first I eliminated the grains, watched the sugar (but I never took any medication or hormones for it)– but once I went on the raw food, I didn’t need to follow any rules anymore, just ate fruit vegetables, greens, seeds and nuts and my body started to heal itself. I’ve been on raw foods for 1.5 years. Do it!!! You have noting to lose!! You will reverse it, I have pure confidence in that!!!!!!!!

  14. nxk6264 says:

what did you eat when you put on yourself weight? did you eat only raw food?

  15. RawRadiantHealth says:

I was eating all raw, but I had quit smoking and my metabolism slowed down, my body was out of whack and detoxing, and I was using food to deal with my withdrawl symptoms. I was over eating like no tomorrow!!!

You look really cute and small. Why are you trying to loose weight? Where exactly would you loose a pound from? Your organs? I mean that is a loving way.
If the scale makes you unhappy, please don’t look at it.
I once did a 30 day in a row Bikram yoga challenge, and I gained 10 pounds of muscle. I am the same size I was, literally same pants and everything. Just that I way 10 pounds more because I am a freaken’ muscle pack. Be strong not light, you know?
    Love.

weigh. Man, my spelling is so off today. I spelled butt, “but” earlier. haha
