Hey, where can I get the cool “Vote with your Fork” shopping bags?
Very interesting…but she still doesn’t tell us….what to eat!
Maybe her book shoud be called What NOT To Eat. Or, What Not to Buy. Still, a very informative talk.
In a supermarket that would be whole fresh foods around the periphery of the store…
Anything at the cash register as your leaving the store…anything that sits on a shelf in the center of the store for months in a box isn’t something you should ingest on a regular basis…
its unfortunate, because everything you should be eating takes a long time to prepare/cook. nowadays no1 has the time to stop and cook..fast food.. its the perpetual nosense they have every1 wraped up in doing everyday that keeps them from stoping and looking around
@teamgrn I don t think that is true. You can make a good nutritious soup in half an hour…you simply prepare them on the weekend, then freeze them and eat them in the week. with microwave…5 minutes. how long does it take to prepare an apple? an orange? an banana? they all come with their own package, you just have to peel it.
@teamgrn
fresh vegetables with a good dip – 10 min. to prepare.
boil an egg – 5 min.
prepare an apple – 0-1 min.
roast an turkey in the oven….2-3 hours!
people are lazy and they re addicted to fat and sugar, that s the problem. cause healthy food is really easy to prepare.
